All visa applicants should make the necessary arrangements to pay the proper travel agency fees to our agency within a day or two after submitting their visa petitions. Requirements and fees related to the processing of visas by Iranian embassies and consulates are subject to change without notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, changes in Embassy fees, processing procedures and required application forms and documents. PTC is not responsible for such changes or for any loss or delay in securing visa because of such changes.
When you receive the visa authorization code from us, it is important that you immediately verify it with the consulate and make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months by the time you arrive in Iran. You may collect the visa from an Iranian embassy or consulate within 1-3 months; the exact time frame depends on the embassy you apply at and the date your visa code was released. You may enter Iran within your visa validity, which is 3 months from the date of issue.
When visa approval is sent to embassies by telex from Iran Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran, we receive an email notification which we forward to you immediately. PTC is not responsible for loss or delays with regard to MFA emails as a result of technical problems. If the Iranian embassy/consulate where you have arranged and are supposed to pick up your visa from, fails to receive a telex from MFA, we will contact the ministry to ask them to resend the visa code. Meanwhile, you should always check your spam folder to ensure our reply has not landed there.
PTC’s liability is strictly limited to, and is not and shall not be liable beyond the following regardless of any circumstances:
Touran Zamim is not responsible for actions or behavior of Iran Foreign Ministry, embassies, consulates and/or its personnel and staff. Meanwhile, the Iranian embassies and consulates may request revised or additional documentation while reviewing your visa petition. Sometimes the MFA applies new and previously unannounced rules to pending visa applications. In declining to issue travel documents, they may not disclose reasons for requesting additional documentation or even outright visa rejection. Hence PTC cannot and shall not be held responsible for decisions of the Foreign Ministry, embassies and consulates. PTC can only provide an approximate time frame for visa processing in ‘normal times’ based on past experience with the Foreign Ministry, embassies and Consulates. There is no guarantee however you will be granted a visa within the quoted time period. PTC is not responsible for visa delays.
While PTC strives to provide current and complete visa information, we will not and cannot guarantee that the information supplied is the most current and complete. We will not and shall not be responsible for visa information which may no longer be accurate or up-to-date.
Travelers should not purchase non-refundable airline tickets nor make paid hotel reservations until and unless they have received their stamped passports back from the embassy.
In choosing PTC for your Iran visa and travel accommodations, you (the visa applicant) accept the above, including but not limited to the fact that PTC will not be held liable for actions of Iranian government ministries and agencies or for the performance of any third party delivery company. In short, you agree that PTCliability is strictly limited as set forth above.
